Regulatory statuses
Arius Conseil carries out its activities under the following French regulatory statuses:
- Financial investment adviser (CIF), registered with ORIAS under no. 20007312 and a member of a professional association approved by the AMF the Chambre Nationale des Conseils en Gestion de Patrimoine (CNCGP).
- Insurance, banking and finance intermediary, registered in the single register of intermediaries (ORIAS) under no. 20007312.
- Holder of the real estate professional licence "Transactions on buildings and business assets" without handling of funds, no. CPI 887832046, issued by the Strasbourg Chamber of Commerce (CCI).

Professional liability insurance
Arius Conseil holds professional liability insurance and, where applicable, a financial guarantee, in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to its statuses.

Remuneration arrangements
The remuneration arrangements, the possible existence of commissions or retrocessions, and whether the investment advice is provided on an independent or non-independent basis are set out in the regulatory documents provided to the client before any personalised recommendation is made.
Depending on the nature of the assignment, the firm may work on a fee basis, in particular for a wealth audit, a structuring assignment, family-office-style support or long-term wealth follow-up. The terms of engagement are defined according to the nature of the assignment, the client's expectations and the applicable regulatory framework.
Legal and tax advice
Legal and tax consultations are provided within the framework of the firm's principal activity of wealth advice and within the limits of the appropriate legal competence. Where the situation requires it, Arius works in coordination with the competent legal, tax or accounting advisers.
